Community Development

We partner with the local church to help communities set their own priorities for development and work with them to enable their vision.

Sponsoring a family

We sponsor poor people or families across the country to become self sufficient through starting a small sustainable business. By rearing the pigs or hens we provide, these families can sell eggs, meat or the piglets and chicks thereby regaining their place in their community.

Sponsoring a Bicycle or Motorbike

We provide bikes for community health outreach workers across the country to reach isolated communities which fall beyond the reach of government programmes.

These workers are nominated by our partner organisations who ensure that the bikes are fully utilised to enable health education and help to be given to people in the poorest villages.

'GAN-Nepal also doing great work rescuing so many young women and men from being trafficked. Setting a rescue and counseling booth right on the Indo-Nepal border saving innocents from the mouth of wolf.

The department of women and children of Nepal government has honored the work of GAN-Nepal against human trafficking. Because of this noble work the identities of Christian community is going positively high in the sight of people and government.

The performance of GAN-Nepal in rescue work is way marvelous. In total 2,867 (1,662 women and 1,265 men) people were served and 125 people were rescued from the hands of traffickers within 2017. And within Jan and Feb of this year 156 people were ministered, 34 young women were rescued from the hands of traffickers and 7 traffickers were sent to jail and to police for further investigations in 2018.'
