We partner with other organisations in Nepal that the Trustees know personally and have met face to face. We have been to see the projects in action in Nepal and receive regular reports and financial accounts.
GLOW (God Loves Orphans & Widows) is a non-profit organization registered with the government of Nepal which serves the orphans, widows, and the afflicted with education support, vocational training and relief aid.

Sustainable Vocational Tailoring Training
GLOW has held business-oriented vocational tailoring training since 2014.
This training is for six months or 390 training hours. During this time the participants will learn to design a draft and tailor 20-24 different clothing items (mostly women’s).
Around 75% of the training graduates have taken up tailoring as profession, some have started mini and others micro scale tailoring business. The business has provided financial support to the families of the single, poor and the marginalised women and their family. This year we would like to continue the vocational tailoring training – we are expecting around 20 participants to enroll this year. Each participant will receive one sewing machine at the end of the training.
